Klim Clothing

These trousers are great - really adjustable, loads of pockets, really high quality - the only thing to be aware of is that because of the fabric and the pockets and zips they are not as flexible as some other trousers so make sure your riding position works in them. I found them fine but notice the resistance when getting on the bike

Klim have produced a mesh glove for hot weather that works perfectly. A three day road trip last week to Joshua Tree National Park, the Mojave Desert and Death Valley with temperatures up to 37 deg C proved the gloves to be perfect to protect my hands from the sun, and to keep them cool. The gloves are robust and look like they should be good for a few seasons of riding in extreme conditions. Altogether a really satisfactory purchase which met the challenges I set with ease.

Worn twice so far, I naturally prefer the cold to the heat.
Had the base layer on all day in 6 to 10° and was very comfortable no draughts and really liked the thumb holes on the sleeves
2nd time out was a warmer day 15° and I was a bit too warm
Fit is very good, seams don't catch.

I have 3 other different pairs of Klim gloves and have been massively impressed by all of them but these Dakar gloves are a disappointment. When your hand is in the position it would be on the handlebars the material bunches up and would create comfort and grip issues. Sorry Klim but they were sent back. As ever an awesome service from SBS.
