Bang for your Buck

I am a fairly athletic build and find it's hard to find a good fit. I am 6' and take a L in some jackets but XL in others. I read the reviews and opted for the XL. With the thermal liner it's snug. With additional layers in winter it will very snug (but I don't tend to go far in winter). I am impressed by the day glo and reflective qualities of the Zorro. I haven't rain tested it yet. The phone pocket on the outside of the jacket is rather small for my Motorola. The inner liner has a bigger pocket. I already had Held waterproof trousers, the jacket's long zip, zips to the trousers for touring. Without the liner in hot weather I didn't overheat.
NB if you buy Held back armour D30 exosafe - buy M size for the XL jacket - it's easy to insert.

I bought this jacket a few weeks ago and initial impressions were quite positive, considering I've not owned a Held jacket before. However, I have worn this jacket in quite heavy rain for approximately 45 miles and upon my return, found that I was a little wet underneath! I'm a little disappointed in this product.

Sizing is "tight"
I'm a large 42" chest
Purchased an XL for 44" chest
Its still a snug fit on me, a good thing.
Didn't come with back protector so I added a d30

This is a jacket that will get you seen, fits well, and its very good quality, it has plenty of pockets, its warm and comfortable with ventilation when it gets warm, the lining zips out easily, it's a great length to keep your lower back warm, pockets are very protected from the weather.

I love the look of this jacket. It seems to have enough pockets and they have stayed waterproof so far.
The jacket is super comfy and has kept me warm and dry in sub 5'c temps. The jacket feels like a real quality item too. I have only used for around a 1000 miles but so far would highly recommend it.

Great fitting, comfortable, no fuss

Bought this jacket to fit a little longer than previous waterproof jacket. Tried on several jackets from all major brands and struggled to find one that fitted well. I'm an xl with muscular shoulders and arms and this jacket was a perfect fit. Not loose, not tight, bang on. On the bike it's warm, waterproof and comfortable. It doesn't have all the pockets, straps, farkles (to borrow a US term) of the others which is a positive in my view. It's a simple jacket that does its job perfectly.

This jacket fits really well, it's plenty warm enough and you can take out the inner liner. The pockets are big enough for a plus size mobile phone and it folds over in the right places to keep the wind out.

The jacket really looks great, lots of pockets, removable liner and CE armour. Like it so much I have already bought a D30 back protector to fit it and black Held Vader trousers too. MCN gave it a great review too. Just wish the trousers were the same colour scheme as the jacket, but otherwise very pleased with the purchase.
