Nexx Helmets

Very Comfortable, beautiful lines, quietish for modular, not very much buffeting from peak. Great array of accessories. This is my 2nd vilijord from nexx, great job nexx, keep it up.

The helmet as a whole is comfortable, has very good features and despite all this, is not overly heavy. People talk about actual weight but I can honestly say that I don't feel it as an issue.
The only things that let it down, and was a similar issue with an X.Wed 2 I used to own, is the poppers for holding internal liners in place, they are weak and have a tendency to unpop. Especially when moving the helmet to put it on. Other gripe is that for the price, you'd expect a premium product. I don't feel that it's premium. It's very creaky, plastic joints move significantly and I am not wowed by the quality. That being said, thus far, it's proving to be a good lid.

There are way more pros than cons with this helmet.
It's vey light, it's stylish and has great visibility in the blind spot areas due to its wrap around visor. Another thing to note while talking about the visor is that it's extremely clear almost to the point where it doesn't even feel like it's down.
The reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is down to wind noise. I wear bespoke ear plugs; the ones that have been moulded to my ears, and there is still a noticeable difference between my (quieter) Shark and this one. Don't let that put you off though. As long as you wear ear plugs, you can really enjoy looking like the street fighter biker that this helmet was designed for. Well, I think that's the look they were going for anyway:-)

This carbon helmet keeps very cool in hot weather, good ventilation and protection.
