I ride mostly with open faced helmets and have several in the price range. Its stunning and attention its grabbing looks apart, it is exceptionally light and well fitting (L), comfortable, has great features, good materials, and no I had no discomfort on day long rides unlike similar priced well-known helmets I have. Unfortunately, it suffers from annoying wind noise (as bad or worse than some cheapo brands from the Italy and Portugal) even with the chin mask fitted, visor down (which is optically very clear without any distortion), and ear plugs in. Fitting the visor just increases the wind noise as you would expect. The visor and mask are almost touching my chin and nose but got used to it. They offer protection from insects and other small debris only. Take care when removing the visor bolts as there are minute spacers that are easily missed / dropped and lost. Tip! You can secure the bolts in the visor when stowing using those 10mm plastic nuts you have left over from fitting number plates. Also, hidden in the packaging with the tinted visor are 3 grommets to plug the screw threads in the helmet. The chin mask can fitted / detached with the helmet on once after a little practice. Be sure that the latches "click" firmly to lock in place. On balance, for a budget price helmet I have no complaints. Would buy again!
