Good so far
16 October 2023 by Tim B
Bought these as having heated grips is just not enough to keep my fingers warm in the cold. Have ridden with them for over 300 miles in less than 5C temperatures and found that they do keep the chill out. My hands don't feel like they warm but neither are they as frozen as not having these gloves on. My perfect solution so far is gloves on medium (amber) and heated grips on low means I can get straight onto the PC when I get to work without having to defrost my fingers around a cup of tea first

Hot!
04 February 2023 by Barbara F
Generous sizes, I normally wear 2xl-3xl, the 2xl are more than big enough. The hottest setting is borderline too warm when it's >5c, and breathable when not turned on too! Ideal for year round riding not just the colder months

Good gloves
19 January 2023 by Robert G
Used them for my morning commute this morning in -2c and arrived after 40 mins with only slightly cold fingertips. Rest of my hands were cosy and warm.

Quality is great with pocket for battery and a visor wipe on left hand. Very comfortable fit.

Essential kit
05 January 2023 by Michael H
I previously used Keis inner gloves which were fine but only take away the chill rather than feel warm and it's a bit of a faff putting on two pairs of gloves. At over £200 my expectations were high for these new gloves and in most respects I am satisfied. The fit and quality are good and you still get a reasonable amount of feel, which is always tricky with winter gloves. The only slight disappointment is the level of heat they produce which I would describe as adequate rather than toasty warm.

Great heated Gloves
05 December 2022 by Glyn W
Great quality gloves, very warm with our heat. Rode in -3c with heat setting 1 (Green) and my hands were nice and toasty. True to size. Great service and quick deliver as always with Sportsbikeshop.

Another let down
29 March 2022 by Andrew A
The quality seems fine and they are comfortable to wear. The average rating reflects on the performance which is exactly that. This is my third pair of heated gloves, the previous ones being Gerbing and RST, and I find the level of heating disappointing on all of them. While many reviews gush about warm toasty hands I always find I need the top level to feel anything that could be described as warm, (and not toasty even then), while the second level works only in as far as your hands aren't actually cold. The lowest setting is almost unnoticeable. Gerbing is the worst for battery life compared to the claims, these are probably the best for that.

Toasty Warm Hands
02 March 2022 by Chris B
These gloves are excellent - they get very warm, very quickly - and have 3 x heat settings so you can control the amount of heat you want. More importantly, if you use them with your Keis heated vest or heated jacket - the heat controller of the gloves controls the heat levels of the jacket/vest - you just plug them together. I don't ride in that much cold weather (been there, done that) but occasionally I have to (such is the reliance of the great British weather) so I'm sure these gloves will always come in 'handy'. It's not just the functionality of the gloves that's good - the quality of the garment is superb as well. Not cheap, but worth the money - and you can always complete split payments based on the payment flexibilities that Sportsbikeshop offers.

Should have brought them sooner
20 January 2022 by David R
These gloves are well made and efficient, hands don't get too hot but certainly make riding on a cold day much more pleasant.Hence, safer and able to concentrate on road and not thinking about numb hands.

Fantastic
09 December 2021 by Derek D
These gloves are a must for those riders who ride all year ,keeping hands warm on the coldest of days. Keeps whole hand warm rather than just palms with heated grips. Multiple heat positions to suit prevailing conditions.

Waiting for a replacement
07 December 2021 by Robert
I'm waiting for a replacement pair at the moment because the Velcro cuff ripped off on pulling it tight. Only worn 5 times and the stitching completely failed. Not sure why Keise stitch the this piece on separate instead of incorporating into the design of the glove. Eventually managed to figure out how they work from my jacket with trousers also, instructions could be better. I've also bought a battery to use the jacket separately off the bike but it keeps turning off, has it got a problem or am doing something wrong? Anyone had the same problem.
Gloves seem warm but not really tested to the full yet
As usual Sportsbikeshop's service is spot on, five stars for them

Keis 601 1st pair of heated gloves
11 November 2021 by Mark M
These gloves are very well made, they heat up quick and are so warm, the highest setting is real cosy I had them on that to start with but then went to medium as the red (highest setting) was just a bit too much with the heated grips on also.
They are expensive more so if your like me and buy the 2000mha battery's. The battery's fit neatly into the cuff and the wire comes out of the zip line, very tidy once fitted, a little added weight which you can't really notice.
The gloves are well made.

Still the best!

The heating is too hot so I have it on low which works out perfectly for longevity of the battery. Very easy to charge and very waterproof!!

Not warm enough
15 April 2021 by Joe C
After reading a lot of positive reviews on these gloves, I decided they were just what I needed. The quality and dexterity are second to none. But when it comes to keeping my hands warm I am afraid they do not live up to the hype.
Around 11°C and upwards they are fine, even on the middle setting. Below 11°C, down to as far as 6°C, they were a total waste of money. I may as well have worn my old winter gloves for all the good they were doing. Even on the highest setting my fingers were frozen. I had to stop at least three times on a long dry ride out to to check that they were still switched on.
Expensive set of gloves which, in my opinion, are not up to the task.

Keis EVENTUALLY HEATED gloves.
13 April 2021 by Glyn W
Great pair of gloves, nicely put together, sylish, warm, comfortable and a good snug fit, much easier to use than my previous Oxford inox gloves due to the cuff being tighter on the keis so very easy to fit under your sleeve but still enough adjustment to also fit over sleeve. Great.
Disappointment on arrival (delivery as usual for SBS was nice and quick) in that the power fitting on the glove was a male plug and identical to the plug on my £180 keis jacket so I couldn't connect together despite the image on SBS website showing a female socket on the glove!!! During a phonecall I was advised SBS I needed adapters and these would be posted out, THEN was told DAYS later that I had to swap the gloves for a pair with the correct sockets as it was a known problem, this entailed a 20 mile round trip to my 'LOCAL' DPD pickup point, replacement gloves arrived and were IDENTICAL WITH MALE PLUG. Yes I was very pi***d.
ANOTHER phone call made and I was AGAIN told I needed adapter plugs, then a following email stating I needed to order from keis direct not SBS. REALLY.

Ordered from keis via email (actually Motohaus), 7 DAYS LATER STILL NO PLUGS... losing the strength to remain calm now!!!
Another phone call and the adaptor plugs arrived (After another 4 days).
In total this fiasco meant 24 DAYS to enable £380 quids worth of gloves and jacket to work in conjunction which is how they're meant to be able to work from day 1.
It's not rocket science is it, product continuity for the sake of a socket instead of a plug should not be difficult, and if it was changed for a solid design reason and not some manufacturers oversight then INCLUDE a pair of adapters with the gloves at point of sale then KEIS/ MOTOHAUS/SPORTSBIKE SHOP, your very very good customer wouldn't be so ANGRY..

Watch the size
12 March 2021 by Paul
The gloves themselves work really well. According to the chart I should have Medium, in the end I needed XL!
The lights on the buttons seem a bit excessive indoors but are ok in the daylight.
The lead is assymetric and I connect it to the (trouser) plug in my Keiss jacket (so I can more easily get at it) and then through the sleeves. Since the gloves are then over the cuff the wire comes "out and over". The option called "glove extension cables" are clearly only meant to go from a long sleeved heated jacket not my short sleeved one. The plugs are clearly high quality but seem difficult to disconnect with the gloves on without yanking at the lead itself.

Excellent quality leather

I haven't used them yet, but the feel and quality of the leather is great. Looking forward to warmer hands once we are allowed to ride out again.

Warm, snug and so easy to use!
04 February 2021 by Anonymous
First of all, the fit. The website gives instructions on how to correctly measure your (dominant hand) to purchase the correct size (number of inches should equal your glove size) Just to be on the safe side I ordered both the 2XS (size 6) and 3XS (size 5). The website also advises purchasing the next size up for comfort, however even though my hand measured 7.5 inches (XS) I went for the smaller ones. In the end, I had to return the 2XS as they were far too big (fingers too long and hand too loose) I kept the size 3XS (the first pair I received had the wrong size in the box so had to be returned but I received the correct size a day later after contacting Superbikeshop on the phone!)
Now, the gloves...I love them and only wish I bought them years ago. I had to buy the extra adaptor cable so my Keis heated vest and gloves worked at the same time, but I am so glad I invested! The gloves heat up almost instantly and even in freezing temperatures early in the morning my hands stay toasty warm and not even on the highest setting. The integral heat controller on the top of the glove is a great addition as it means you can change the temperature with little effort as you ride.
I plug my gloves into my portable battery (5200mAh) which sits in a pocket inside my vest and this heats both gloves and jacket for approx 5 journeys into/home from work. I'll consider purchasing the smaller glove specific battery set as it would mean less wiring to battle with (cables have to run up from the battery and down my sleeves to then
plug into the gloves), but am happy with my current set up at the moment. The connectors are secure so no risk of water ingress into the 'electrics'.
In short, these gloves are snug, well fitted (but I had to go a size smaller than recommended) and comfortable. As a female rider it can be difficult to find motorbike kit that is women specific, which is possibly why I had to go a smaller glove size than suggested, but none the less, I'm glad I did. I haven't tried any other products as these were the gloves I found with the best rating/feedback on my online search.
Would definitely recommend and for women, you may need to try smaller than the advised size to find the one that fits best.
