Excellent helmet. I purchased this recently and it fits to a T. Excellent comfort and really good fitting. It has the great features of the built in sun visor and slot for my HJC intercom. The helmet is light and I have to say it is really quiet whilst driving. I have great pleasure wearing this helmet and the quality of the intercom is amazing with this helmet.

I walked into sportsbikeshop with an intent to buy a helmet, I walked through the store looking at different types of lids and was unsure on which one to go for. I was debating between a flip up or full face, I looked at prices and picked this one up, inspected the HJC C91 and was impressed! Flip up, solid visor, smooth sun visor, quick release strap, you've got it all! I tried the demo helmet and it was pretty snug, no wobbly movements and it would bed in to the contours of your face for an even better fit! I've had many helmets including the HJC RHPA 11 Camo Monster Edition and I would still pick this up first. In conjunction to purchasing this helmet, I bought a Sena Spider ST1 Intercom with fits perfectly on this lid.

Great lightweight helmet

This helmet is so comfortable and well fitting, much lighter than my old one.
Very pleased that it is also much quieter and can now actually hear sound clearly on the comms.
one thing I don't like is the sun visor is activated by a switch on the top of the helmet, not sure why they have done this but I am not a fan,

This helmet is great seen it's at the budget end of helmets, but being a budget helmet should put you off from buying it. The helmet is comfortable around your face and head and the ventilation works well. The helmet comes with a sun visor and pin lock ready visor.
I also bought HJC 10B intercom system which is designed to fit in the helmet and took about 15 minutes to fit. It's a great combination of helmet and intercom.

Great flip mechanism

This is the first flip helmet that I bought and I absolutely love it mainly for flip mechanism so you do not have to take your helmet on and off so often.
Its comfy, but like someone said the pressure form cheek pads is not the most comfortable (will become better in time as you wear it). Also the visor could operate a little smoother.
Its reasonably quiet, got all the vents and a sun visor. Flip mechanism is very easy to operate and I like Quick Release strap, compared to DD in my other helmet.
I am using it from 3 months now and must say that for the price its a great helmet, made from good quality materials and would definitely recommend.

The HJC C91 has an advanced polycarbonate composite shell with an adjustable chin bar. Using advanced CAD technology it is lightweight with superior fit and comfort. With its "ACS" Advanced Channelling Ventilation System, full front to back airflow flushes heat and humidity up and out. The RapidFire Visor Replacement System, a simple and secure visor ratchet system providing ultra-quick, tool-less visor replacement, holds in place the Pinlock pin prepared HJ-17 Visor which provides 95% UV protection. In addition, the anti-scratch integrated black dark smoke sun visor deploys quickly and easily using its user-friendly sliding system. The Super Cool Interior provides an enhanced moisture-wicking function with glasses grooves accommodating riders who wear eyeglasses and sunglasses. If rider communication is needed then the C91 is ready for the Smart HJC Bluetooth system (sold separately) with speaker pockets for convenience.
