Held Phantom II Leather Glove

Held’s Phantom II gloves are a hit with Sportsbikeshop customers, who particularly like the choice of finger length (plain black come in short, regular or long) and the added bonus of a visor rain wipe on the left hand. They also come in half-sizes to help get optimal fit. Reviewers say they’re initially quite stiff and require some breaking in, but offer great feel afterwards.

Knox’s Handroids have been around for years and have undergone several transformations during that time. The latest MK5s have retained many of the customary features customers loved on previous models, such as the Boa lacing system, strong kangaroo leather palm and the all-round Iron Man look. These take their place in the top five based on the performance of the previous MK4 model, which earned a 4.8-star average from 61 reviews. We'll monitor feedback to make sure the MK5 hits the same heights.

Customers praise the Rev’it Jerez 3 gloves for their fit, comfort, and build quality, no doubt in part to the kangaroo leather construction. Although none of the customers to leave a review have had the misfortune of wearing these in a crash, several of them commented on the sturdy and quality feel of the protection found throughout these gloves. One customer was so impressed with these gloves he bought a second pair.

Racer High Racer Glove

Customers have been full of praise for the comfort and flexibility of these gloves, with many finding them comfortable from the first ride. The level of protection, which includes carbon-fibre knuckle protectors, has impressed many of the first 14 customers to leave a review. One customer had his first pair of these for 10 years, before buying the same model again as a replacement. A small amount of customers stated they had to buy a size larger than normal for a perfect fit.

Alpinestars GP Pro R3 Gloves

Sportsbikeshop customers have been impressed with these Alpinestars gloves, giving them an average score of 4.7 stars from the first 22 reviews. Customers were impressed with the comfort after a short break-in period. Customers were also impressed with the level of protection, not surprising given the gloves are certified to CE Level 2, and the amount of ventilation. One customer unlucky enough to crash in these gloves credits the gloves with them avoiding any serious injuries.
